Cassidy Glascock is a filmmaker from Marshall, VA. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Digital Cinematography and her Masters of Fine Arts in Film Production from Full Sail University.

From a young age, she possessed a passion for movies and television. She believes in the freedom of storytelling and the impact of visual media in the modern world.

Cassidy produced over twenty projects during her academic career. She earned Course Director Awards for Art History, Directing Talent, and Script Production in her Masters program.

During her Masters program, Cassidy wrote and produced the short thesis film, The Rift. She ran a successful Indiegogo campaign, raised $4,500 and exceeded her goal.  She managed a production crew of fifty-three people for a five day shoot. As a producer, she enjoyed supporting and collaborating with her teammates to produce a quality short on time and under budget. The film has screened in multiple festivals across the United States, winning Best Student Short at the 2016 South Carolina Cultural Film Festival and Best Actress in the 2016 Colorado International Film Festival.

Cassidy has work experience creating web videos, editing audio, and writing digital content for Joy Rising, Inc. and The Trish Kapinos Real Estate Group. She also worked as an audio technician, mixing live sound for bluegrass and rock concerts.

Cassidy co-produced a documentary feature, Boys School for Train The Shark Productions, for which she is a founding member. Boys School, released in 2017 was a semifinalist for Cannes.

She is the Creative Producer of the freelance company CassidyG Studios, Inc., where she is currently filming short documentary and narrative projects as well as business promos and training videos.
